What else changes the fee
- Top Rated sellers get 10% off the percentage part of the fee on Premium Service listings, but not the per-order fee.
- Performance: sellers who are Below Standard pay 6 extra percentage points (7 after four months), and a very high "item not as described" rate adds 4 (5 after four months).
- Selling abroad adds an international fee of 1.05% to 2%, unless you use eBay International Shipping. If you are VAT registered, sales to buyers outside the UK are zero-rated.
Private sellers
Private sellers in the UK pay no final value fee here. They get 300 free listings a month, and pay 3% if they sell to a buyer outside the UK without eBay International Shipping.
